Even the best computers need support. To ensure that your computer systems will continue to work properly, we offer an array of support services. These services may be performed on site, off site, or often times may be done via email or over the telephone.
Often times it is necessary for us to come to your location to support your computing needs, especially when computer downtime is a serious issue. We will come as soon as possible at a time convenient for you.
Sometimes it is necessary to provide the support you need off-site. In this case we will pick up your computer equipment that needs support at a time convenient for you and promptly return your equipment as soon as possible, frequently, the same or next day.
Sometimes we can come up with solutions to your problems over the telephone. Don’t hesitate to call us with any problem. If your problem can’t be solved over the phone we will elevate your call to on site support.
Our email support is free, just email us your questions to info@aascs.com. If we can’t solve your problem over email, we will refer you to a more appropriate support option.
